Target & Kohl’s Community Cleanup

Join Litter Free Upland for a community cleanup around the Target and Kohl’s shopping center in north Upland. Volunteers will work through the shopping center area and surrounding public-facing spaces to collect litter before it reaches nearby streets, storm drains, and neighborhoods. Litter Free Upland has completed one previous cleanup at this location. On March 28, 2026, 15 volunteers removed 196 pounds of trash. We are returning to maintain that progress and address the litter that has accumulated since our last visit. Meet near the shopping center at the listed address and look for the Litter Free Upland check-in area. Final meeting instructions may be shared with registered volunteers before the event. Litter Free Upland provides cleanup supplies. Volunteers should wear comfortable closed-toe shoes and clothing appropriate for outdoor work. Bring water and sun protection. Families, groups, and first-time volunteers are welcome. Community service hours are available. All volunteers must complete the Litter Free Upland volunteer waiver before participating.
