Litter Free Upland Update: 152 lbs Removed at Wendy’s (210 & Baseline)

Great news, Upland! Our latest community cleanup at the Wendy’s off the 210 & Baseline pulled 152 pounds of trash out of our city. Every bag gets us closer to a cleaner, safer Upland—and we’re keeping the momentum going.

We’re also excited to share that we’re getting closer to our 501(c)(3) nonprofit status.

In the meantime, neighbors have already begun supporting our work through our donation portal—thank you! Your gifts cover essentials like gloves, bags, snacks, and outreach so we can host more cleanups across Upland.

A special shout-out to Grey 51, a woman-owned business in Upland, for partnering with us to secure a great rate on our volunteer shirts. Big thanks as well to Rob from Umaker (Upland) for the continued support. If you haven't heard Rob from Umaker is running a shop near San Antonio and 9th that is providing access to tools like, plotters, CNC, 3D printers and providing classes on how to use them.

We’re grateful for our dedicated council members, Shannan Maust and James Breitling, whose encouragement helps fuel this growing movement. The community we’re building is expanding every week—and we can’t wait for you to join us!

Want to help? Join our next cleanup or make a donation—both make a real, visible difference right here at home.
